Super fast delivery and service. Excellent quality products,hard wearing and great colours.

The jacket I ordered arrived far sooner than I had expected, and as I have come to expect from Endura, it's really good quality and a great fit (I am tall and often struggle to find women's cycling gear which is long enough in the body and sleeves).

Goods still not received
Tracking with Evri and no notification goods are ready to collect - bored now and required goods for last weekend. Time to cancel me thinks

I would dearly love to review the product purchased, however I am still awaiting delivery. The one star given is based on my experience so far.

Maybe I would suggest you make sure the product is delivered before sending out emails asking 'how did we do?' this may help to avoid future one star reviews.

Used at the weekend, and chamois stayed comfortably dry on a filthy ride, and the long weather proof lower legs met well with my winter boots - dry feet too.

Quick helpful response when an item was found to be too small. The larger size was out of stock but I received a prompt email when it became available and fast service to despatch it. The item is well made and just as described.

Tried to call to discuss a query with
FS260-Pro Thermo Tight - Black - S apparently inside leg shorter by approx 2.5 inches ( measured on my old pair 1 year old ) got through to New York line poor and guy cut me off.
Had my particulars could have contacted me !
Clearly a fault, just needed some advise- are endura making there product smaller ( inside leg 58cm )!

Your website was very easy to navigate and ran smoothly my order was dispatched and delivered very quickly and the quality of the products is excellent I went out on the hill with my bike and felt great .

Prompt delivery. The product was just as expected. Sizing was right and it was warm enough on the coldest day.

Expect a lot from Endura going on past purchases and this transaction didn’t disappoint. Love buying from a local Scottish company and the jacket is top quality. Will be back as soon as I need some new cycling gear.

Tried to cancel my order made 26 November 2022 by messages, emails and phone calls. Overpriced goods turned up on 12 January 2023. Could not be bothered to deal with the company again to try to return them. I will not recommend using this company.

Ordered on 2nd Jan for next day delivery. 2nd Jan was bank holiday so expected to be dispatched in 3rd. When checking the order on the website on 3rd I noticed Endura were saying they couldn’t guarantee next day delivery due to Riyal Mail strikes. So, I started a live chat to offer to pay extra for dispatch with another company. I was told that 5 minutes after purchase, all orders are final and can’t be changed; I couldn’t even cancel and reorder. Very poor. However, the item was dispatched on 3rd and delivered by DPD early on 4th. Why couldn’t they just tell me that on the live chat? So, product 10/10, delivery 10/10, Luve Chat 0/10. This review should have been 5 stars and was only let down by the numpty on live chat.
